Dave, If I understand this correctly, the Mongolian Govt. assigned their ownership to this MAC company who have subsequently nonperformed their financial obligation to the joint venture. Now that this problem is out in the open it seems like the Mongolian Govt agency that handled this (Ministry of Mines?) should feel some obligation to correct the problem if they indeed want to establish a sound record for mining ventures in Mongolia. With this presumption I believe it would be useful to use the power of the net to convince the appropriate authority in Mongolia that this problem is in full view of large numbers of investors like myself who are quite upset with perceived political risk. These same investors can and will shun investments in countries that have risks such as MGR is experiencing in Mongolia.
I would be happy to fax or email my feelings on this to whomever in Mongolia you might suggest. I'm sure others on this thread and possibly on other related threads would be willing to add their voices to this appeal. Let's mobilize this network. Please suggest the proper response.

Regards, Pete
