Good evening, Guy.
You said:
"Mr. Paravicini also had his team go back to the site as he was unsatisfied with the sampling distance (too far) in three areas. Although hampered by the rain, they did some infill trenching and channeling in those areas. The distance issue pertained to meeting proven reserve criteria. GE could have issued an incomplete report but chose to go for the entire report. The report will include proven and probable reserves. Also, inferred resources will be moved up to indicated, and indicated up to measured resources."
That corresponds to the scenario I had in mind. They had to do further sampling so that the report could contain some proven reserves estimates and they chose to add the results from those last samples, rather than releasing a report based on results that would have been unconclusive.
Well, thanks again for the information. It is truly appreciated.
Michel

Guy,

Are you still here? Any comments?
The last time we heard from you was late March, and you had somewhat of a general time line for the report and the 10K. We have seen neither. Can you understand why there would be frustration and cynicism?

Any input would be appreciated.

Thanx,
Ray Emery

Goodmorning Guy, on March 31st you wrote "Mr. Turner is in route to Bolivia to help finish the report and work on production start-up. The financing details will be available in a 10-K in about 2 weeks."

Is he back? What's he doing? What's the status of the 10-K? And on another note, what is the status of the Moody's listing and will MINE request a trading halt prior to the reserve release?

Could you please try to convince Mr. Turner to stop wasting our time by setting a definitive release date, even if that means they may have to hold the report a few days? I've just about worn out the "refresh button" on my browser, my eyes ache for a stroll outside in the sunshine and my butt is screaming to get off it!

Signed; An ungrateful participant in MINE's continuing incompetence, Jon
