This PR basically says to me that this is a done deal!! but alot of things can happen from this point on. NOTHING has bee signed yet. But this sure seems like a change of attitude from ATXI (Isee them waving the white flag) As far as what this means for the opening tomorrow, I see a gap up but with no concrete news, I don't see a huge run.
