After NXTL makes added the National License of Japan
last month for about 3 bucks per POP, it's interesting
that the Lehman analyst is citing a debt increase.
Did he make any comments about their asset increase.
Interesting, too, the solid performance of BelSouth
after paying several hundred dollars per POP (4 Billion?)
for part of Brazil.

Your points are well taken, but the index fund action was huge. The index managers job is to track the index as close as possible.
