Attn: Global Villagers, this stock is going to the pennies! I really missed the ride up and very gladly missed the ride down. I set the bottom at 50 cents. Hey look at the bright side, they aren't going bankrupt! But to me, the deal they just struck was a better deal to the buyer and this stock has to be punished for it. Its not over. Sorry, better bail now if you haven't already as this stock goes to the pennies and stays there until this company demonstrates a business plan for growth.

I soldout and took my loss. There are only three things that I could possibly think of that would make MGMT sign a deal like this:

1. MGMT is incredibly stupid!
2. MGMT took care of themselves. Somehow their pockets are lined.
3. Something hidden in the closet that made them panic. Perhaps AAPL was cooling on them or something.

Regardless of which one is correct I decided I didn't want to stick around if any of the above is true. If it would be voted down the brilliant MGMT told the world what they felt the stock was worth....not much. Why would anyone pay more?

Good Luck
