Here is the facts.HDST was forced into bankrupcy by a privately owned co. This co,is called Quicksilver. Last year MR.Friedman ran HDST into the ground.Now he is gone .My source says that Quicksilver wants the company to make helmets under the sym. HDST.Like I told another gentleman I have been in HDST since March of 97,and bought @.35

P.S., I talked to the MGR. of Walmart,Target and K B toys in Rapid City,SD. They never heard of HDST
