Hello Valentine: So true. It will be years before the Venezuelan people see any benefit from the area if KRY wins. The reporters and news letter writers say a different story about the admission ruling. It's funny how they became experts in Corruption and Law in Venezuela so quickly.

cheers

I see that you are still not up to speed on Crystallex, but then again it does not sound as if you are interested in facts, just in fiction writing.

If you were up to speed, you would have noted that Crystallex ALREADY has had its motions ADMITTED, and this SINCE LAST YEAR! We are simply waiting for a RULING on the motions, which seek to reverse actions taken by the Ministry of Mines.

With respect to insiders "selling stock hand over fist", you must have a very small fist. Having held few shares, there were few shares to sell even with the exercising of options.

So quit your fiction writing and try truth for a change.

Curious how Placer Dome and Asensio have convinced you to post such nonsense. It is perhaps you who has been selling shares (short?) and is starting to worry as KRY starts its upward move in anticipation of a favorable Supreme Court FINAL RULING! If you do make a MINIMAL attempt at researching KRY you will uncover a different picture than that which you are attempting to draw.

In any case, whomever gets to develop Las Cristinas, it will not be done overnight. Environmental issues, financing issues, final feasibility studies and other issues will require some time.

Crystallex is a speculative stock with a fair chance at securing at least a portion of the Las Cristinas 4&6 concessions.

Admissions ruling my ass.

Admission was done by Acuna, the admissions judge. That was over
last year. And Gomez the president of the Supreme Court also
allowed the other three motions that Dome said were not admitted.

This court sitting has been TO CONSIDER THE MOTIONS admitted,
my funny Valentine.
