Sector,

The question I have is, what's changed? Hasn't there always been competition for MRVC.

The company did just fine in 1997 with plenty of competition. I do not believe it necessary for MRVC to slay CSCO, BAY, or any other company to continue to do well going forward. They are a small company and are able to sell the right products at the right prices.

what i am saying is that it seems to me that
mrvc is undervalued. the market's current valuation
makes it look like mrvc's future is bleak, but to
me it is not as bleak as it seems. (you would put
it as being very bright) all i care about
is that the true value of mrv is higher than the
market's valuation, which is good enough reason for me to
continue to hold it, and NOT sell.
