Announces Notification from British Columbia Lottery Commission to Conduct Field Testing on Max(LITE) VANCOUVER, Canada, April 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Advanced Gaming Technology, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AGTI) today announced notification from the British Columbia Lottery Commission (BCLC) to conduct field testing of AGT's MAX(LITE) handset. BCLC will be conducting a 90-day field test of the MAX(LITE) in a government operated bingo facility. Testing and valuation will be administered by the technical and accounting departments of the BCLC with the intention of awarding purchase and service contracts for approximately 3,000 hand-held units in bingo halls throughout British Columbia. The Company has also submitted a Request for Proposal (RFP) to the British Columbia Lottery Commission, effective 31 January 1998, for its MAX(PLUS) fixed-base system. The RFP was submitted in conjunction with a proposal including Bingo Technologies Corporation's All Track Bingo Management System. BCLC intends to award purchase and service contracts for approximately 5,000 fixed-base units in bingo halls throughout British Columbia.
