It has actually stayed rather stable for about 2 weeks now, still some purchasing going on, but has lightened up some from last week.
It is at .022 by .0235 (has been down to .015)

Re UMSI. Rumours are flying,but nothing I
can find confirmation for.
I guess we have to wait for SEC to act.
