Phil,

I respect that opinion.. and when I first started researching this co. I brought another respected SI mind along to look it over with me.. he said the same thing you did in your post about waiting. I agreed with him (and you) , but said I will still plunge in it.. Im more of a risk taker and figured at .28-.40 in price, as long as FAMH made .05 in 1997 its a good deal for me. Hot sector, 19 year old business, etc. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesnt.

So in reward for that risk I have a double, and yes this pig has a lot of rough edges... but its a pig that still seems undervalued even if 1/2 the things the company is saying are true.

On a side note: Im watching Jerry Springer gain more and more ratings and notoriety (bad and good by the day).. I think the Morton Downey thing becomes more interesting by the day as "gravy" for FAMH. However Im hoping he starts taping before the inevitable BACKLASH begins against these type of shows.

Mark

I'd like to pay my bills with projected earnings.

Even if the financials Ira touts are correct, making the $5 bid required for listing will be a stretch. And yes, listing will require a $5 bid.

People forget that the "new" ATXI will be forced to meet initial listing requirements for the national market (Per NASDAQ Rule 4330(f), which I have previously posted).

With about 20 cents per share earnings post-merger, a $5 bid would require a P/E of about 25. Good luck getting that for a BB stock.

Just asking,
L.E.

Phil excellent objectivity and quest for veracity. Like I was saying "oyly-er"....... "Trust, but verify..."

PS Testicles (pronounced "Test-a-kulz" is not a greek..)
