At the risk of stating the obvious, let's see where this takes us:

1. No current problems in getting RMIL certificates.

2. Three plus months since RMIL stopped trading (12/22/97).

Thus, all or almost all shares requested in NAME form should have been received. Now lets add the following:

3. More shares requested in NAME form than are in the public float (per Riley G).

The obvious conclusion: More shares have been received in certificate form than are in the public float. Wait, that's impossible. So which of the three premises to this faulty conclusion is incorrect?
