Yes, And Lebed has in the past impersonated among others, Little Engine and TokyoMex. He was caught red-handed by the real TokyoMex and it was documented. Be real careful with PWSP. In talking with a couple of long-time SI posters who have problems with the way PWSP is handling their "recommendations," it is our understanding that PWSP is being investigated right now by SI and a complaint has been submitted to the SEC.
