The 22nd sounds right but I don't have the fax announcement in front of me. Communications will remain very important for the next few quarters. This is one of IDTI's strengths and will be very useful as they move forward. (The PC is dead!, long live the network(communications)). Cisco should be no major problem for IDT. The quarter could probably be better but should not be bad.

IDTI has plenty of time to line up an OEM before they use up their planned capacity. They won't really need to have one until the end of the year. I am fairly confident that IDT will have at least one major OEM as a customer for the C6+ by the time they need it to soak up production. There is no direct tie-in between IBM being a fab for IDTI and their being a customer. The IC group has done deals with Cyrix for a couple of years and has yet to do very much with their chips in their own systems except for in Canada. I think the reliability and strong ties that Glen Henry has with Big Blue will help to land IBM as a customer but it is no guarantee.
