Dear Cadeites; I knew of Molly Cade selling shares over two weeks ago when I had a pleasant ten minute conversation with Sheryl Mull, Investor Relations Representative with Cade Industries. I asked her if the management and directors were buying or selling Cade stock. Her response was on balance more buying than selling was going on, with one exception, and that was Molly Cade. She did indicate that she was selling to benefit charity, and not for any other reason. At that time I did not ask how many shares she was selling because I feel that is Molly Cades business and not mine. If you would like to visit with Sheryl Mull call 517-347-1333 and ask her what is on your mind, but try to be courteous. The Professor
