saying, if KRY gets the opportunity to mine this deposit, it will significantly increase the amount of gold they produce, right.

Since they are a smaller company, the returns to shareholders will be higher if they can reach this new plateau of production, right.

In regards to your question, what makes engineers so smart. I have pondered on this for a long time myself and I have boiled it down to two things. The first is lack of a sex life. Mine Engineers do not have those. The second and more important thing, is the flow of superoxygenated blood through the Circle of Willis.
