Yes, IBM is the biggest Java developer on the planet right now and is doing more for Java than even Sun. So that is a big plus for Sun. This is another reason for loading up on Sun when (and if) it drops to the $33-$38 range.

Still learning re SI "system". Meant to refer to your msg re the IBM / Sun Java OS . That was the major breakthrough I meant. Next time I will try to be more clear in what I am commenting on. All sorts of positive news re IBM and Java. The Israel news is important too. That the sun never sets on IBM Java programmers is now proving to be much more than a slogan or interesting fact but is bearing fruit. Chaz PS Beauty of IBM's Java role in defending and expanding 100% pure Java, is that IBM plans to use Java to tie together it's own disparate legacy computers as well as use with world outside the company itself.
