Grossly over-valued! Perhaps but on the other hand ...

The internet is the future and all 3 companies are strategically positioned to be major players in this huge GROWTH medium.

An isp ... Netscape can easily compete in this arena if it wants ... it has visibility (website visits)and name recognition ... with creativity, why not?

Portal ... same reasons as above ... can become another "network" (a la NBC or CBS) ...

On the other hand you lack name recognition to become President of the United States (I also suspect you don't have the vision).

Netscape ... there's major value in a brand name; Microsoft can integrate its browser in os and give it away but Netscape has a few cards up their sleeves ... why hasn't Microcopycat not beaten Aol, Intuit, to date ... don't over-estimate a company trading at a 59 pe ratio with everyone gunning for them.
