I'm sure Mr. Arslan's attempt at a proxy battle is well-intentioned. However, there are nearly 70 million shares out there, and I fail to see how he is going to accumulate even 1% of those from people on SI and the Yahoo board. That will never be enough to "force management's hand". I, too, would love to control the direction of CRUS management, but at some point you have to face the fact that unless you are someone like Mr. Teo, the only control you have is where you're going to park your money.

Blaming CRUS management is far too easy. Look at where S3 is trading.
CRUS used to trade neck and neck with them. Plenty of other stocks in this sector have been beaten down also. CRUS, SIII, INTC etc. will rise when sector looks attractive. Again, given current situation with
P.C. prices declining CRUS has managed to beat estimates 3 quarters
in a row.
