Your definition only. You have not demonstrated "hype" nor "promotion" nor "machine". Easy to make accusations. Difficult to provide anything to back this up. I see you are still stuck on an "admission only" ruling. With this perception, I can understand that you are not favorable towards KRY. No need to invent hype though. No evidence of this at all, except in your mind.

is more than a court ruling as you are aware. There is a considerable legal battle being fought over the property.

Do you believe the legal battle is a mock-up fight about an over-valued property ?

Do you also contend that this court ruling is of no consequence ?
