On KNX Business report today they said ENGLAND is looking for someone
to fix their Y2K problems. They plan to award a 300Mil contract.

Figure out who's going to get that action.

Here are my Three Top Picks for April 1998:

1. TAVA
2. CMND
3. SEEC

I own #1 and #3 on this list. #2 is a target. Anyone have any suggestions for an entry at this point? She has moved up recently; will there be a pullback? Any thoughts appreciated.
