KRY has not made me believe anything at all. I try to do my own thinking, thank you. As you know, KRY does not communicate very much with the outside world, so I can't see how you can call them hypesters. You failed to address my point about the PREVIOUS ADMISSION by the PAC of KRY's motions regarding acts of the MEM. Not being paranoid, I see no need to tape any conversation and don't need any attorney. I bet you are American (only in America they say, lawyer capital of the world!). Calling Richard Marshall a hypester is inconsistent with the fact that very little if anything is being said by KRY. In fact, they have taken all of the bashing on the chin and have not responded. They don't care! They are very confident in securing a win in court that they do not resort to hype. If they win, they win. If they lose, they will turn to other projects for KRY (expansion of the small Albino operation, exploration in Brazil, etc). Everyone is free to buy, sell, hold or having anything to do with KRY. If my investment results in a loss, I will only have myself to blame. No one else. If I gain, I won't owe it to you! Again, I must repeat since it is not getting across. KRY is a SPECULATIVE stock. No one is pressuring you to buy or sell. Comparing KRY to the many stock promoters who will have you believe after one shallow hole that they will be a producer in 6 months, is simply ridiculous! If I saw KRY management BUY and SELL shares on a regular basis, then I would be concerned. This is not the case with KRY. If you don't like KRY then why are you posting so much? (And please don't tell me it is to protect the little investors!)
