What happened to the book value below?? - am I reading this wrong?? Most times it a 2x, 3x 4x, book type sale......either management has an ace up their sleeve, OR they are REALLLLLLLY stupid, OR BIG crooks. Any comments??????????

I feel sorry for the people who will catch this news only after the market closes. They should have made this announcement after market close to give the small guys a fair shake.

Something earth shattering must have taken place. Is it the cash? The first quarter numbers? An Apple deal falling apart?

In any case, what of their new business? SOHO market of simple connectivity. To me that means either massive R & D + big bucks - I can't even imagine the thing without some computer redesign - show me the money. Or some sort of consulting/servicing firm for SOHO market. Massive training costs and staff needed. Hello? Am I crazy to think this?

P.S. Was out of GVIL entirely a couple weeks ago at 1 1/8, so missed the short run up - crying - but also missed today. But at least I rode up VSNR on the trade.
