to all, pardon me if this question has been covered in the recent past but: as per the NR of Jan. 30, the 45 days to formalize an Option Agreement from the Letter of Intent (Fantasma Claims and Nunez Cateo) has expired. is there a signed Formal Option Agreement and if so, have the terms altered in any substantial way? If there is an option agreement and if the terms remain as stated, that means PFG has already given Corriente 100,000 common shares. if so, would anyone know at what price? ghunk
