Hello! Cheryl,

In my opinion, I agree with you that the potential is mind boggling! When I saw the way the FAMH share price bounced back up, after hitting the .49 cent level yesterday, that to me was a signal that the general market and investors following the FAMH developments, gave their seal of approval that IRA was in control and representing the FAMH Shareholders in a forward thinking format!

Two things have turned my day upside down!

First! A new Company Theme Song that will have the heading, Yes! You guessed it! " TIC---TIC---BOOM!!!"---OUTSTANDING!!

Second! All this talk about at the beach, no shoes on, going on a cruise, etc......---------So! I dug down deep in my closet and finally found my bathing suit!---I don't think I will be able to go on the cruise!

Why? I tried the bathing suit on! I need to lose about 50 pounds! And I'm not sure if they will let me on the boat with a picture of Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck on my bathing suit!

These have been just my opinions and are just my own personal forward thinking statements that may or may not take place!
( Regardless! The bathing suit still doesn't fit!)

No more candy! Please!

Best Regards,

Wayne J. ( Definitely not at the beach!)

Cheryl,

I would be a little cautious at this point for the following reasons:

(1) Audited financials have not been released.
(2) We are not sure what EPS of .1085 represent and the amount of shares that this was calculated on.
(3) The Myraid deal has not been closed.
(4) If the EPS of .1085 was calculated on 20 million shares, the
merged EPS of .36 does not add up.
(5) What makes up the EPS. Does it consist of any extraordinary gains?
(6) There is no guarantee that this merger will ever take place.

This company looks like it has potential but everyone should look at the existing facts before making a decision. If the merger takes place and EPS are based on operating earnings then this looks like a very good investment.
