COC, head ore. The head ore is the INPLACE ore. The ore pile is INPLACE. Chain of Custody, is a chain reaction of events that are held tight. In place and in procedure. UB, I merely asked a question. There was no logic involved in asking a question. My logic would have said something like ; it is absolutely impossible to know if a pile of dirt had been tampered with. It also would have said if a COC were done on a disturbed pile of dirt and it found metal throughout that pile of dirt then who cares if it was salted or not because the dirt has that much metals in it and a value can still be derived from those values and if a person did salt that big 'ol pile of dirt then they are out a bunch of money because it now belongs to the share holders of GPGI. That sir is my logic. Please don't confuse a question with a statement.
