DC, I just looked at Edgar Online and Free Edgar and they both show that filings are still coming in this evening - at least as to when the filings are showing up on these services. So it is very likely that CVUS has filed and it is just not showing up yet. Sorry for the confusion. I will check again later this evening. Off topic, I noticed in this week's RCR that there is a "LMDS Multimedia Showcase" sponsored by Bosch Telecom and Frazier King Media scheduled to run from early April to September in Irving, Texas. Other companies participating include Newbridge, HP, Stonehouse Technologies, SBA Communications Corp., TDI Inc., Virtual Information Systems, General Instruments, WorldCom, and Learnstar, Inc. I am in Dallas (a suburb of Irving) and will try to get some more information - it sounds interesting. Ken.
