Jonathan/Dusty, I live on the beach between Del Mar and Carlsbad in North San Diego County. The weather has been pretty darn rotten this winter. Today it was about 60 degrees and rainy. They say rainy for the next few days. At our condo we have a swim pool, excercise and weight room, party cabana, sauna and spa, and large deck on the beach. I workout daily with a 5 mile run, swim laps for about 15 minutes, lift weight and other excercise and usually go for a sauna late at night so I can talk stocks with a few others who live in the other units and have an interest.
