MSo, I feel that the company would gain more respect if it was a reporting company filing with the sec.

Its been stated that the financials are done but apparently they are not yet filed with the sec for public viewing.

TSIS should have released a press release announcing the results and filing of their forms. That too would gain attention and we would not have to guess about the number of outstanding shares in the public float.
