Tim,

Would you care to elaborate on why you expect a reverse split
"real soon" ? Perhaps you have knowledgeable sources on the
subject ?

Do you think that a reverse split is a necessity to achieve the
$4 share price required for Nasdaq small caps listing, when
projected earnings from the 4 CSMA subsidiaries in the next
year should easily propel the price well above this target ?

Do you think that giving credence to a reverse split rumour
may harm CSMA's position in the investment community, and
further weaken the currently depressed price ? Perhaps I should
take up a significant short position. It is April Fools' Day
over here already, thanks to the quirks of time zones, and shorting
CSMA would definitely be a foolish ploy at this late stage of
the game.

Interested to hear your views.
