Were the previous 2 buybacks done when the cash/working capital was low. I think that makes a big difference or should make a big difference when the directors made their decision to go ahead with the buyback. Secondly, don't get me wrong, by all means tell people about the management or lack of management. However, recognize that the buy-back decision would have been decided by the directors. You can conclude they are incompetent or are controlled by the CEO but why would they approve a buyback if there wasn't some reasoned basis. Why would they pick up personal liability. The whole thing is bizarre so I am reaching trying to make some sense of it. Maybe there is no sense.
