Some rational sanity please. Biometric Identification is going to explode in one to three years. In five years, it will be ubiquitous. Everyone who's followed this board or the industry the past couple of years knows this. I work in the banking industry, I can smell the gunpowder ready to ignite on BioID. Check fraud, Homebanking, ATM, etc.

Only two things will stop IDX from OWNING this market.

If we're screwed, blued and DB-twoed by the DBII patent infringement appeal. But as David analyzed for us recently, this suit smells more like the ambitious gambit of zealous patent lawyers, than bonafide patent infringement. Let's hope so.

Second, some scummy Billion Dollar Big Boy comes out of the Blue and offers shareholders $15 a share to buy IDX away from Ascom and Randy. And the rest of us get slaughtered in the buyout. Let's hope not.

Finally, while I not happy the price is down today, I was very happy it was down last week when I bought my entire portfolio of IDX shares at the lowest price I've been able to own IDX in two years. That being $9 a share. Yes, had I only waited, but timing the perfect BOTTEM of the market is for wiser souls than I or Merlin.

But, now that I have my 6000 shares at $9, please Randy, let 'er rip!

All IMHO. Good luck to us all!

Now back to lurking.
Greg Walsh

Huge!

It seems to me like IDX has built a solid base between 9 and 10 and I really can't see where there could be many shares for sale below that unless some catastrophic news came out. I would think that any significant good news announcement from the company would bring the price to above 10 rather quickly. I'll be up early checking the wires, hoping IDX will make all todays sellers, April fools!
