CJ, what your saying makes sense. My own feeling is that the financials for '97 say little about '98. With the contracts in hand, FAMH was projected to do 12-13MM just for the core offices. Add in the financing division and Myriad you get a whole bigger pie. The multiples I found when I ran a screen for companies under 100MM in annual revenue for this sector showed an eps of average of 28. It should be higher, IMO, only because this company is aggressive in its growth, and the industry average for all sizes is twice that at least.

Wouldn't this all be a lot easier if Ira went the hostile takeover route?? I'm serious.. there has got to be enough shareholders of ATXI to vote for it, isn't there?? Then we could cut this nonsense of whether or not FAMH is valued correctly or what the financials say..They get 4:1 and that's it (or 2:1) If they don't go along with FAMH, their stock will drop like Tinker Bell without his pixie dust...
