Hi john, According to the time frame given for brazil, i would say we have another 30 days for that to be finalized. That being said, if they were to give us another release on that to keep us "informed" don't you think some here would be jump all over that. The issuance of more shares sucks without a doubt, lets see what they do with them. Remember, they still have no cash flow so they have to pay bills and the consultants with something. Also keep in mind that everyone being paid with shares including Hinton and Craft would not be too pleased if the company would do something that was not going to serve shareholder value at some point. Everyone would suffer, including them. JMO... John....hopefully some more news coming!!
