Graystone, those weren't lies. Here's the dictionary definition of the verb "lie":

Your example does not fit the criteria required. You can keep repeating your claims until you are blue in the face, but you are wrong. You are splitting semantical hairs, and the fact is that those two phrases are the same for all intents and purposes, whether you like it or not. Your purpose is to harass, not to expand on the discussion of Crystallex and the market forces surrounding them.
