Your post is right on the money. Any shareholders that do not understand what you wrote should - I think most do. That said, then the answer to your last question is the following.

The fact that the stock did not get much of a move up does not mean it is going down. A lack of buyers does not mean a plethora of sellers. I think what we have is equilibrium - the market does not like equilibrium. No one makes money!

Therefore, since I do not believe there is bad news coming to shake the stock lose from current shareholders and short term profit takers are temporarily gone, the conclusion I reach is up - perhaps sideways for a while but up soon!

Coincidentally, the chart is at very strong support. Fellow Fibonacci lovers, take a look at a daily chart showing a 55dma and 144dma. There are other indicators as well but that's another post.
