Thanks, NEPF, keep me in mind for your next "go". As I indicated, I don't like their style but I didn't like it at IPIC either, and they almost pulled off a *big-time* success there. I've followed the company since its inception, and I used to make it a mission to beat back the old hype (95/96) in misc.invest.stocks. However, the Baxter JV (CD34+ cells from peripheral blood) is serious stuff, and they're obviously casting a wide net as follow-up. Serious thanks for pointing me to the current efforts, and I'll pull in data here and there.

GLIA..... some bad news today, hidden in a release with some positive-sounding stuff (obesity-related). The histamine receptor antagonist won't be into clinical trials until "late 1998". We had earlier discussed an initial delay occasioned by the discovery of an improved lead molecule, but this is now a full year's delay. Shouldn't have a big impact on share price, but I'm disappointed.

Ray, NEPF, et al.: I just wandered through some of the old messages, and came across the Koo Koo stuff. I congratulated you once after it ripped up one day, but I didn't realize that the next day could be called "retirement". The contributors to this thread are simply amazing..... can't say it quite as effectively as Carol does, but the entire internet investing community should say thanks for the HARD work that is done here.

Cheers! Rick
