Hi Alberto Did you own KRY prior to any of the previous rulings that confirmed title, was the thread like this with all the fighting and name calling, just curious. This CASE is fairly large I understand. that was a pretty fast increase. If the decision is favorable for KRY, what kind of price action do you see ? The "blue skies" #reply-3896824

Alberto, You are absolutely right. I was curious of the phenomenon myself and thought of posting a question, but decided not to waste my time. I was tracking it while at work yesterday and thought it odd that it was down slightly most of the day and then spiked up toward the end of trading. In the short while it took me to get home and check it again on my home computer it went from 4 3/16 (US) to 4 15/16 and the volume was up sharply. Me thinks this is odd and I would appreciate any insight. I saw a posting here recently that speculated the Venezuelan SC may have a sense of humor and issue their ruling on April Fool's Day...you never know...
