Hello! Lone Wolf,

I agree with your previous posting! The opinion has been expressed by a few other posters recently that they are also of the opinion that Ira will issue the financials to public viewing when he feels it is most appropriate and most beneficial to the company and it's shareholders!

Too many times / examples have previously taken place when in my opinion Ira has appeared to have responded by issuing press releases only to have a short period of time go by when some followers were expecting the next one , before the ink even dried on the previous one!

In my opinion, I like the suspense that involves the negotiation that is currently taking place, led by Ira! This of course will give a bettor comfort level for those shareholders and supporters of the company that believe that FAMH and it's leader ,Ira, are the right ingredients to lead their investment to a successful next step!

For those that think otherwise, that's OKAY! Everyone should do what is right for them! And the good news is, that if anyone has a change of mind or heart then the current share price range will allow the opportunity for those that want out, an opportunity to do so!

On the other hand for those that have been watching and waiting or current shareholders looking to add to their position, the opportunity also presents itself in the market place! ( Provided they are doing what is right for them!).

Whatever direction, or course of action anyone follows, it's my opinion, that the "TIC--TIC--BOOM!" scenario will become clearer in the next days, weeks and months ahead! To some , they will smile/smirk and read the "BOOM" to mean a slap in the direction of FAMH causing a downward spiral! ---To others ( like myself!) will interpret the "BOOM!" in our fearless leaders words to represent very exciting days ahead for FAMH Shareholders!

Time of course will tell the outcome! But in my impression, I would think that we are very swiftly reaching the point of no return!--Meaning
it's close to the time the people will have to decide if they are "IN" or "OUT"!!! ( Just my opinion!)

I am also of the opinion that the "BOOM" that will soon be heard, will be a positive one for the FAMH Shareholders! I feel the benefits for the current ATXI management and Shareholders may very well be dependent on how much co-operation is demonstrated in the next short period of time! I personally can't imagine that Ira will be tollerant or patient for too long, waiting for the ATXI representatives to come to the negotiating table for serious discussions! I feel the longer it takes, the less Ira will be willing to bend in the negotiations!

Whatever the end result, my opinion is that I will be pleasantly surprised as to the outcome of my investment in FAMH! But! Either way, I am doing what I feel is right for me!

Good Luck To All Of You!!!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

Lone Wolf

IMO Ira has to release the audited financials to the investment community and close the Myriad deal. What they will see and not us is the combined new firm and its earnings potential (boy would I love to see that).

I personally expect some good and bad in the financials. I believe the bad news is that $.06 - $.09 of EPS will be from non-recurring sources. The good news IMO, once this disappointment has set in, is that they number one were profitable and two they should show a healthy balance sheet. Momentum players generally won't even go to the table if there aren't some solid fundamentals and if Ira can bring them to the party look out.
