Hi Ron - I also like the way things are shaping up in Indo. Looks like they are assembling all of the pieces for this program in good order. Ron, what do you think of the idea that warrant holders from the recent financing may be shorting the stock above 2.50? News today from JVAG below, another financing. Wondering if they have anything planned for Kendeng, but could not reach anyone at the company this morning. Java Gold Corp JVAG Shares issued 26740912 1998-03-31 close $0.34 Wednesday Apr 1 1998 Mr Armand Beaudoin reports The board of directors has authorized the issue of 2,500,000 units, each unit comprised of one share and a half warrant, each full warrant entitling the holder to subscribe for one share at $0.50 until June 30 1999. Java Gold Corp - Directors appointed Java Gold Corp JVAG Shares issued 26740912 1998-04-01 close $0.34 Thursday Apr 2 1998 Mr Armand Beaudoin reports Andrew M. Chater and Gary E. German have been appointed to the board of directors. Mr Chater and Mr German replace Stephen R. Dattels and G.E. Creber, both of whom are officers and directors of International Pursuit. Their resignations were to avoid potential conflicts of interest in areas where both companies are active. Both Mr Chater and Mr German have many years experience in the mining industry. Mr Chater was a senior geologist for many years with Newmont Exploration of Canada and is currently president of Teddy Bear Valley Mines.
