Good Evening! J.R., I can understand your frustration! Keep in mind that there are many of us in the same boat together! My guess is that Jack and the other side are getting just as impatient as us, so that is why I continue to believe that all parties involved are trying to move the process as quickly as possible, while at the same time trying to protect their own group's interests! ( In the case of Jack, I'm hoping that his interest's are the CVIA Shareholders!)...... The thought did come to mind , as I was talking to myself tonight, that if , as and when the news does finally come out, there may very well be several new investors and investor group that will be hearing about the CVIA and WOTD scenario for the first time, and I'm hoping that a share price in these low ranges will look very attractive to the newcomers! Think of it! once the general investment community gets wind of the news ( this would also include people connected to the WOTD group, the affiliates and associates of the newly acquired company, the other companies in the negotiating stages) all these new people to the party all represent potential buying power to CVIA Share Buying Support! Too many, at what price would the share price of CVIA appear to be a good investment after a news release announcing a merger and acquisition simultaneously? Well my guess is, as and when that did occur then your guess would be as good as mine, but the question that I would throw out to this thread would be, with all the OTC-B.B. Stocks that hav little or no profit or earnings, have no solid future plans or business plan to move the company forward, and yet many of them trade at share prices that quite frankly makes me shudder when I check their quotes on a regular basis! In my opinion, I am very satisfied , at this point in time to have share of a company with at least some faint hope for a profitable future trading at less than .02 cents then some of the others out there! In my opinion, I try to keep in mind that we are one news release away from being a company generating revenue and earnings! i wonder how many other higher priced OTC-BB Companies can say the same? Well! There was my opinion, on a late Tuesday Night! Keep The Faith! In my opinion, we are almost there! At least at the first step of our come back! I always believe that it is very difficult to keep a good person down! I think that Jack Arnold is a Great Person! that also has what it takes to get us value in our little shell company!
