Regarding the article of John Ing in the FP: Seeing as Ing believes that Dome should have settled with KRY out of court and that KRY may wind up with a positive ruling after all, I take that to mean that Ing believes that: * KRY may actually have a valid claim * KRY actually is involved in an on-going court process re: LC4&6 that may result in being awarded title (or compensation in lieu) H-E-N-C-E Ing's assertions imply that Ascensio is lying about at least two key matters . . .
