Other Chap, I agree with you. Your posting on the ad cancellation technology is quite relevant. Why not keep this discussion to this level. Instead, you always throw in asinine statements like SEC this or that, etc.

I wouldn't mind at all discussing the software cancellation. That's a good discussion. I will credit you where credit is due. What you've just added is something all of us--whether we like it or not--should discuss. Not all that other crap you've thrown our way!

Please do tell us more about this software that cancels out what we don't want to see. I, personally, may want to use this. Others, of course, might not.

Sir, we own a web advertising business. Sometimes, when you have a recession such as the one that hit New England in the early 1990's, you really don't have much of a choice as to how much money you invest in your company just to keep it afloat.

And who said that web advertising consisted simply of banners? We deal with the process of building websites from the ground up, also. We do banners, interactive movies, websites, cgi scripting, and software development(which we usually independently contract for that). I personally deal with the development of websites and specialize in interactive shockwave movies during the summer(actually, I think I'm joining the sales team this year).

Our web advertising company is actually just a piece of the rest. Almus & Lee Communications is the umbrella company, with NH Editions and Almus & Lee Ad Agency as the other parts.

The company is worth a great deal, and it is starting to grow. I asked my mother the other day how business was. She told me that nh.com has exploded; she and the sales staff brought in contracts that shattered all of our previous sales records, which were put into place the month prior. People are waking up.

Also, my venture that I am starting up also has to do with the web advertising industry. However, things have yet to be finalized. I don't have the time with term papers and finals week fast approaching.

So, Otherchap, it doesn't matter how much software for killing ads is out there to us. Banners are a dime a dozen. Websites and sponsorships is where the REAL money is at... unless new technology can be incorporated into those banners. And that's where Sesame Ad is supposed to come into play.

However, the concern of legitimacy of this company is still a question for me, and those of you who state that "Matty has no interest in this whatsoever and just enjoy bashing this stock" are false. Those of you who state that "Matty doesn't know what he's talking about" are misguided. Those of you who think my real motives are different than what I stated, or perhaps think that my company is in direct competition with ZULU, are false.

OC, you're missing MattyG's point - read his profile - he's in the web advertising business. By that definition, MOST people put all their eggs in one basket and, frankly, if you are going to be successful with a business, you need to have all the eggs in that basket that you can! :)
