Kindof nice to see Fidelity and GAP buy into EGRP last month. They may know something good at ETrade and probably at a nice price too.

I think it means that that earnings will be good. Why would management risk a lawsuit? Coming this close, it will be hard to prove (if earnings are bad) that their selling wasn't based on inside information. Yes, insiders always know more, but when it comes this close to the release date, it makes no sense to risk it. Marty
