Sorry I don't have much more to add that hasn't been posted already. I became intrigued with this stock when it sold for $1 but actually had earnings and reported regularly. Rare for $1 stock. Now that its a true penny stock, I'm still intrigued. As I posted before, the company says earnings are due "this week" and "business is as usual" which one might extrapolate to mean a penny or two. This filing is late, but could be attributed to its being the quarter and the annual. This is all my opinion since the IR guy was basically clueless and the big guy has not returned my three calls as promised.

Today's spread is .08 bid .15 ask, only an 87.5% markup!!! I've still got a buy order in at .10 but won't hold my breath. I also won't chase it.

This is a BB stock touted by a German investment company. The business idea seems promising in this era of cost cutting for docs and HMO's but nobody is following ATYG and the stock has been in a free fall. Could be a real diamond in the rough or a real candidate for the SCAMBUSTERS Thread. Buyer Beware!!.

Tom

John:

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. If you read the previous postings you pretty much know what is going on with this stock. I am waiting patiently for their press release, after which you should see support build for this stock. From what I heard, the MM's shorted this stock to the tune of approx. 400k, but it does not seem to be heading lower. There is a 2M float, 4M total, and after the press release we should have some real numbers to work with. I'm in the middle of changing employers, so I really have not had the time to call or follow up as of late. If it stays bellow 1/8, I will probably pick up more as soon as I hit a couple of target prices on my other investments.
