Craig,

I may have to start agreeeing with you. I find it more plausible that Ciena's product has been testing than not. I think Bell Atlantic would probably have liked to test their products out before spending millions of dollars.

So what was the big deal with Ciena a couple of CC's back when they stated that their product wouldn't be available until the 2nd half of the year?
