"There have been stocks with problems/hurdles that eventually became big winners, maybe it's Intel, Iomega, whatever" Instead of "maybe, Intel, Iomega, whatever", name names. Don't just give a list of successful companies and say that they "might" have mad problems. Sure the are stocks that have had problems and overcome hurdles. But give me a list of success stories that have had THESE hurdles and wound-up successful. I think you will be hard-pressed to come up with that list. BTW, add sub-S financing to the list of hurdles, as that is almost certainly how the "50M financing" will be done.
