I think the reference is to WKRP, Jennifer the Secretary(Blonde Bombshell,"gold digger" and Bailey, hardworking, enterprising , producer type. I think Gold Digger applies.

You read too much. Bailey is from the show WKRP which featured a young Loni Anderson. I would take that over even Ginger.
BTW, the boss called, if you dont post at least ten times today, your fired.
