Ralph has been on Vertel board for acouple of years. He's already
added value. Brown worked under him at Ungerman. They are buddies.

Odds are there will be a slow replacement of the board with
Stephan and his golfing buddy Williamson getting the boot.

There was a standing O at the annual meeting when the name
change was approved. As of today this IS a new company. Stock
will be revalued accordingly.
