Actually from a mining point of view a flat lying dyke should be easier and cheaper to mine underground then a pipe.
If WSP proves this one up you can bet some of the people who has been discounting dykes will be out looking for them. Also alot of ground has come open that has been flown with geophysics looking for pipes with a mag signature. That ground could still have economic pipes on it. So the diamond hunt in the NWT is far from over, in fact in some ways it is just getting started.
